2 CHILDREN +Add division fees if child in Atom, PeeWee, Bantam, Midget $545.00
3 CHILDREN +Add division fees if child in Atom, PeeWee, Bantam, Midget $650.00
4 CHILDREN +Add division fees if child in Atom, PeeWee, Bantam, Midget $755.00
Cover extra costs for Officiating and
